Shayna Cyr of Methuen Named Presidential Scholar at Merrimack College

Shayna Cyr of Methuen was recently recognized as a Presidential Scholar at the annual Honors Convocation held at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. The Presidential Scholar designation is awarded to those graduating students who have achieved a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average, based on a 4.0 grading system. She was also awarded the Joseph R. and Nancy M. Traina Award as the first-ranking Education minor from the Greater Lawrence area.

Shayna is majoring in Human Development .
